The kings are back in town! Sebastian Fishing Report June 1st
Summer fishing is heating up along with the temperature! The Sebastian inlet bite started picking up this week with a decent amount of snook caught inside and outside the inlet. The bite should get better as snook will be making their way out of the inlet and on to the beaches to start spawning this month... Redfish have been slurping crabs floating out the inlet this past week and they can be a blast to bust to sight fish on top this time of the year. Look for the permit to show up shortly to get in on the crab action.
Offshore the Kingfish bite is getting hot! The bite has been in 50 out to 65 feet of water. Slow trolled live bait has been the ticket as there hasn't been any current inshore lately. The bottom bite has been a little slow of late on the 90 foot ledge but you can always count on the abundance of red snapper for some action. The Grouper and AJ bite has been steady on the deeper reefs. Big pinfish work like a charm out there! We are now booking offshore trips for the summer so don't forget to book you
